Socías y Rosselló began its professional journey in 1943 when two enterprising men, Mr. José Socías Llabrés and Mr. Juan Rosselló Roig, founded a company specialized in the distribution of hardware and machinery under the name La Industrial y Agrícola Socías y Rosselló, S.R.C.

The name of our brand is formed from the first surnames of the company’s founding partners. Over the years, La Industrial y Agrícola steadily consolidated its position in the market, becoming one of the leading companies in Palma de Mallorca.
Hard work and dedication soon paid off, and the small La Industrial y Agrícola Socías y Rosselló quickly established itself in the Mallorcan market. Thanks to its rapid growth, new stores and warehouses were opened, alongside the incorporation of new product lines and associated companies both in Mallorca and Ibiza.
Building on the success achieved within the professional sector, Socías y Rosselló expanded in 1973 with the creation of Eléctrica Socías y Rosselló, S.A., which today remains one of the benchmark companies in the Balearic Islands for the supply of electrical materials, later adding its own lighting department.
In 1978, Fontanería Socías y Rosselló S.A. and Maipret Socías y Rosselló S.A. were founded, further broadening the company’s range of materials and products.
Market demand continued to grow, and in 1986, a new company was established in Ibiza under the name Eivissa Socías y Rosselló, S.A.
Following a process of unification of its different business entities, the company is now known as Socías y Rosselló, S.L., with stores located in Palma, Manacor, and Ibiza.
In recent years, Socías y Rosselló has continued to expand its range with new decorative materials. This way, in our stores you can find “everything you need for your home in one place.”
