MANATACO is a new taquería located in the very heart of Palma, just a few metres from Paseo del Borne.

The venue was created with the ambition of becoming a new meeting point in the city centre — a place to enjoy authentic tacos and traditional Mexican cuisine. Both the materials and the décor of the restaurant were designed by Socías y Rosselló.

The first thing that catches your eye upon entering is the large mosaic dedicated to Mexican lucha libre, featuring the iconic wrestler “Blue Demon.” In this area, guests can enjoy a spacious bar and high tables, perfect for tasting their signature cocktails and snacks. Further inside lies the main dining area, centred around a large communal table, ideal for group dinners.

The open kitchen offers guests full transparency and the chance to watch the taqueros at work, ensuring maximum hygiene and authenticity.

The interior, with its chic industrial style, stands out for its high-quality finishes: marble tables, comfortable benches and chairs, and an impressive wooden slat ceiling. Every detail has been carefully considered — even USB outlets near the tables allow guests to charge their mobile devices while dining.

MANATACO is a fresh new option in Palma, where excellent Mexican food and creative cocktails make every evening a unique and vibrant experience.
